Annie My parents' basement flooded up to just an inch with the recent storms. They have indoor/outdoor carpet down there, with no pad (just cement floor). Last year when they had 4-5 inches of water they had a professional micro-chemical clean the carpet. I would like them use natural, environmentally safe methods. What would you recommend?
